Succulent salmon with sweet honey garlic glaze, ready in 25 minutes.

# What You Need:

→ Seafood

01 - 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin-on or skinless

→ Honey Garlic Glaze

02 - 3 tbsp honey
03 - 3 tbsp soy sauce (use gluten-free if needed)
04 - 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
05 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
06 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

→ Garnish

08 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
09 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Arrange the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down if applicable.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, melted butter, minced garlic, and black pepper.
04 - Spoon or brush the honey garlic glaze generously over each salmon fillet.
05 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
06 - Optional: Broil the salmon for the last 2 minutes for a caramelized finish—watch closely to prevent burning.
07 - Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The glaze creates a gorgeous caramelized finish that looks like you spent hours on it
  • It comes together in under 30 minutes but tastes restaurant quality
02 -
  • Overcooked salmon is dry and disappointing so check at 12 minutes
  • The glaze burns quickly under the broiler so stand guard
03 -
  • Pat salmon completely dry before glazing for better adherence
  • Room temperature salmon cooks more evenly than cold from the fridge
