# How to Make It:

07 - Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary. Mix well.
08 - Pour in beef broth, bring to a simmer, and cook for 8–10 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in peas, season with salt and pepper.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The sweet potato topping adds natural sweetness that creates the most incredible flavor contrast you did not know you needed
  • Everything cooks in one pan except the potatoes, meaning minimal washing up maximum comfort
  • It reheats beautifully and actually tastes better the next day when flavors have had time to become friends
02 -
  • Dont skip the step of letting the filling simmer until it thickens, or you will end up with a soupy mess beneath your potatoes
  • Sweet potatoes can be more fibrous than regular ones, so take your time mashing until completely smooth
  • The broiler can go from perfect to burnt in seconds, so stand right there and watch it like a hawk during those final minutes
03 -
  • Rough up the surface of your sweet potato topping with a fork before baking for extra crispy golden bits
  • Let your beef filling cool slightly before topping with potatoes to prevent them from sinking into the meat
