01 - Place vanilla ice cream, milk, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and green food coloring into blender canister.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 30-45 seconds. Add additional milk by tablespoon if thinner consistency desired.
03 - Taste shake mixture and add more peppermint extract in 1/8 teaspoon increments if stronger mint flavor preferred. Add additional food coloring drop by drop for more vibrant green hue.
04 - Divide mixture evenly between two tall glasses, pouring carefully down sides to prevent splashing.
05 - Top each glass with whipped cream, maraschino cherry, and green sprinkles if using. Serve immediately while thick and cold.
