01 - In a small pitcher or cocktail shaker, combine the honey and fresh lemon juice. Stir or shake vigorously until the honey is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
02 - Add the pink grapefruit juice and grenadine syrup to the honey-lemon mixture. Stir thoroughly until well blended.
03 - Fill two serving glasses generously with ice cubes.
04 - Pour the honey-lemon-pink base evenly between the two ice-filled glasses.
05 - Slowly top each glass with chilled sparkling water. Stir gently to combine without losing the carbonation.
