- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- Using a serrated knife, slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them connected as a sheet. Place the bottom halves into the prepared baking dish.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly across the bottom buns. Sprinkle half the mozzarella over the sauce, then layer pepperoni slices on top. Add the remaining mozzarella and dust with dried Italian herbs.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the layered fillings, pressing down gently to compact.
- Combine melted butter with garlic powder and brush generously over the bun tops. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley if desired.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for 5 more minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the tops are golden brown.
- While the sliders bake, gently warm the honey in a small saucepan over low heat or in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second intervals. Stir in the hot sauce until well blended.
- Remove sliders from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes. Separate into individual sliders and drizzle generously with the warm hot honey just before serving.
