# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It comes together in literally five minutes with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry or freezer
  • The combination manages to feel rich and indulgent while staying completely light enough for breakfast or an afternoon pick me up
02 -
  • Frozen pineapple absolutely changes the texture game making it thick and creamy without needing a ton of ice which waters down the flavor
  • Start with less sweetener than you think you need because the coconut water adds natural sweetness that sneaks up on you
03 -
  • Let frozen pineapple sit on the counter for five minutes before blending to save your blender motor
  • Use slightly warmed coconut milk if your blender seems to be struggling with frozen chunks
