# What You Need:

→ Tortillas

01 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)

→ Pizza Filling

02 - 1 cup pizza sauce
03 - 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz)
04 - ½ cup sliced pepperoni (optional, substitute mushrooms for vegetarian)
05 - ½ cup chopped bell peppers
06 - ¼ cup sliced black olives
07 - ¼ cup chopped red onion
08 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder

→ Topping & Finishing

10 - Olive oil spray or 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
11 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
12 - Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or preheat air fryer to 375°F.
02 - Lay flour tortillas on flat surface. Spread 2-3 tablespoons pizza sauce in center of each, leaving 1-inch border clear around edges.
03 - Distribute mozzarella, pepperoni or mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, red onion, oregano, and garlic powder evenly over sauce on each tortilla.
04 - Fold sides of each tortilla inward, then roll up tightly burrito-style to completely enclose filling.
05 - Lightly brush or spray exterior of each burrito with olive oil for golden browning.
06 - Place burritos seam-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet for oven method, or arrange in air fryer basket without overcrowding.
07 - Oven: Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Air Fryer: Cook 8-10 minutes, flip halfway through, until crisp and browned.
08 - Remove from heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
